Women's Self Defense and Jiu-Jitsu at United MMA

The United MMA Women's Jiu-Jitsu Team is going strong!  

"Self-defense, friendship and fitness all come together on the mats at United MMA!", says bluebelt Yancey Head.  

United MMA offers a 30 day free trial and it costs nothing to try out a class. 

The classes are taught by Pan American Champion and school owner Patrick Head.  Head has 20 years of experience on the mats and is considered an expert in Brazilain Jiu-Jitsu.

Week 2 of United Kids MMA Summer Camp has been a blast!  The kids worked on defending against school bullies in Jiu-Jitsu classes and also learned cool Muay Thai combinations while working the pads with Coach Patrick Head and Coach "Caveman".  At our field trip to Sports Connection, the kids played mini golf, raced go carts, and cooled off with the chance to blast the coaches with water on the bumper boats!



The week is now ending with our Pool/Pizza Party as we say goodbye to all the friends we made.
